Cihannuma

Cihannuma, built in Istanbul Omerli, consists of 40 2+1 homes by Metay Yapi. The homes in the project are divided into penthouse and ground floor homes. Each home in Cihannuma has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom-WC and a closed terrace. The project, which has existed since 2009, is located on 11.000 sqm of land. A swimming pool, a sun terrace, 3 jacuzzis in the pool area, verandas, a fitness room, a game room, a multi-purpose court for basketball, tennis and volleyball, a children's playground and walkways are among the facilities of the compound. A floor heating system, potable water, air conditioning, a suspended ceiling, satellite broadcasts, a fireplace, and a barbecue are provided as standard in all homes. Cihannuma also has a generator, a transformer, a security cabin, ping-pong and a biological treatment plant.
