Cimen Residence

The Cimen Residence project consists of 13 floors with 50 residential apartments. The rooftop duplexes offer a great deal of wide areas and also provide one of the best views of the city. Residents can enjoy the open pool and sunbathe without even leaving the city. The relaxation areas are designed in accordance with the season, such as for summer and winter use. A kindergarten is another service that the project offers for your kids, which will assure the residents of the security of their children.

Additionally, Cimen Residence provides the residents with a lot of opportunities with its central location in Kadikoy. Restaurants, cafés, gym centers, business centers, schools and hospitals are very close, and there are also a lot of green areas in the neighborhood for walking and running lovers.
