DKY Ada

This project was cancelled and was not built.

DKY Ada was launched in 2017 by DKY Insaat in Kartal, on a 19 thousand sqm area cleared for urban transformation. It was planned as four blocks with 792 apartments. The apartments were to differ in size and type, from 93,94 sqm to 211,54 sqm, with a “half concept” in the 2+1,5 and 3+1,5 types. Construction did not start. In 2021 the site passed to another developer, and a different project, Antpera Kartal, is being built there.

The site is surrounded by the coast, the metro line, the airport, shopping centers, a hospital, the Justice Palace and the TEM highway. The plans promised a view of the Prince Islands, green areas making up 70% of the project, a spa and fitness center, sports fields, walking and running routes, and outdoor and indoor swimming pools.
