DNZ Kurtkoy

The DNZ Kurtkoy project is based in Pendik district’s Kurtkoy region, located on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The residential compound includes 311 residential units built upon a 21.000 sqm land area. There will be 5 types of residential units available in the project for its future residents. These unit options also vary according to their sqm area per unit. The delivery date of the units was set as approximately December 2018, so residents could move in starting from the beginning of 2019.

The DNZ Kurtkoy project presents investors and residents with a wide variety of social amenities and residential services. The social facilities include an indoor swimming pool and children’s swimming pool, a sauna and fitness center, a cafeteria, cinema quarters, a walking track, a basketball court and increased security measures, including security staff available 24/7 and controlled entrance to the residential compound.

The units are furnished with central heating and heat cost allocators; ensuite bathroom, wardrobe room and balcony options are also available. The entire residential complex is designed as a closed environment, surrounded by the 5 blocks, and the middle area contains landscape architecture and green living space.
