Panorama Hill

Panorama Hill is a residential and commercial project located in the Kurtkoy region of Istanbul’s Anatolian side. The project is owned by the partnership of Redev Yapi and Kayabasi Group. There are apartment units as well as villa units available in the residential part of the project. The first floors also host commercial units that can be used as stores, and this area constitutes a shopping center within the complex. There is a total of 86 residential units in Panorama Hill, with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. The expected delivery date of this project was February 2018.

The social facilities and residential features Panorama Hill presents to its customers are an indoor swimming pool, children’s playground areas, a sauna and Turkish bath, a fitness center, a children’s day care and kindergarten, a market, a cafeteria, outdoor and underground parking lots, a recreational pond, a walking track and gazebos. The residence is secured by 24/7 on-duty personnel, controlled entrance and CCTV monitoring. The units are equipped with central heating, terrace or balcony options, an en suite bathroom and heat cost allocators. The structure has features such as water storage, a water booster system, a power generator and an elevator.
