Dumankaya Horizon

Dumankaya Horizon is based in Kartal and it is built by Dumankaya Insaat. The project encompasses a land area of about 5.000 sqm and consists of 178 residential units. The entire complex is built for residential purposes. There are 4 different types of residences in the project, varying between studios and 4-bedroom apartments. The area of these units ranges between 74 and 299 sqm per unit.

The Kordonboyu neighborhood in Kartal hosts Dumankaya Insaat’s project. The Marmara Sea and the islands can be seen from the flats without any obstruction.
