Eflinpark

The Eflinpark project of Hak Yapi is situated in Tuzla’s Istasyon neighborhood. Tuzla is one of the outer districts of Istanbul’s Anatolian side and it is close to districts and venues such as Pendik, Gebze, Sabiha Gokcen Airport and so on. The 54 apartment units available in this residential project offer a home to 54 families or new clients. The entire project has been built on a land area of 4000 sqm, which is a vast area for the limited number of units available. The area of these units ranges between 90 and 140 sqm.

Some of the social facilities available in the project are an indoor swimming pool, children’s playgrounds, sports courts including a basketball court, a gazebo intertwined with the green living space of Eflinpark, an underground parking lot and a security checkpoint.
