Egal Istanbul

The Egal Istanbul project is located in Atasehir’s Esatpasa neighborhood. The project is built for residential purposes. There are 2 different types of residential options in the residence, which can be specified as 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options. The 163 residential units within a structure built on a 5.077 sqm land area are a minimal number, which shows that there will be an extended, shared living environment for the residents of this project. Egal Istanbul’s construction ended in April 2018 and the units were delivered after that.

Egal Insaat’s project includes not only units but also social amenities. These can be listed as a children’s playground area, a fitness center, a waterfall, a walking track, an underground car park, a recreational pond and a security staff point which oversees the safety of the customers of Egal Istanbul.

The units in this project are equipped with built-in white goods and central heating. The structural features of the project are an elevator, a storage tank, a water boosting system and a power generator.
