Ege Yakasi

The Ege Yakasi project can be defined as a regeneration of famous local Aegean architecture and patterns. Naming its blocks after Alacati, Assos, Cunda, Foca and Karsiyaka, the Ege Yakasi project addresses Aegean lovers as its residents. Eviya Gayrimenkul aims to bring a scent of the “salty sea” atmosphere of the Aegean to the heart of Istanbul, Halkali. The project contains residence units, villas and regular units.

Important aspects of the project, besides its one-of-a-kind architectural quality, are the SPA & Wellness Center; saunas and swimming pools; sports courts including basketball, volleyball and squash; cycling and walking tracks; and yoga & pilates areas. As portrayed, the project aims to take the recreational facilities to a higher level.

Ege Yakasi is said to be designed with inspiration from the Greek island of Santorini. The use of white color throughout the project implies an Aegean pattern. The floor gardens of the residence and the small recreational garden areas within the villa sections enable Ege Yakasi residents to merge with nature.

Due to its central location and other spectacular features, Ege Yakasi has received a great amount of recognition and interest from many people. With only 5% of its units remaining unsold, the project proved its success within a limited time.
