Meydan Halkali

The trio of Gul Insaat, Gultas Insaat and Gul Yapi A.S. came together in cooperation to form the Meydan Halkali project, which rises in the Halkali region of Kucukcekmece district. The project consists of 287 residential units as well as 56 store-type commercial units. The 4 blocks that make up the project have two floors reserved for the commercial center, which is used as a shopping center. The home-office units are designed as 1+1 and 2+1 types. Two blocks in the project are reserved only for residences.

The residential section of the Meydan Halkali project offers its residents a one-of-a-kind living standard. The residential, luxurious lifestyle is merged with the convenience of living at the heart of the city and being in close contact with the various types of social facilities and amenities available in the project. These features include sauna and Turkish bath quarters, a fitness center, a shopping center, a cafeteria, a restaurant, a view of the lake and the Marmara Sea, a walking track, an underground car park, controlled entrance, security staff and CCTV monitoring.

The location of the project paves the way for both public transportation users and drivers. While the closely located IETT bus stops connect the district with various sides of the city, the O-7 connection road of the highway eliminates the traffic risk for the drivers.
