Elexia Dolapdere

This project was cancelled and was not built.

Elexia Dolapdere was announced by Yesil GYO for Dolapdere, in Istanbul’s famous district of Beyoglu, close to the center of entertainment, gourmet living, cultural fusion, fashion and nightlife in Istanbul. It was planned as a single block structure with 9 floors on one side and 4 floors on the other side, with 3 types of apartment units and with commercial units on the entrance floor to be used as stores and shops. The delivery date of the units had been set as the end of 2019. A pre-demand period was opened in 2017, but construction did not start, and the plot was sold in 2019.

The plans listed a fitness center, an elevator, security personnel available 24/7, controlled entrance, an underground parking lot, terrace gardens, balcony options in units, a meeting room, a shopping avenue and a cafeteria, behind a modern facade. The project was presented as a new-generation urban transformation project in Beyoglu, Dolapdere.
