Emlak Konut Cinarkoy Evleri

Emlak Konut Cinarkoy Evleri is a residential project by Emlak Konut GYO in Cekmekoy, on the Asian side of Istanbul, beside the junction with the Northern Marmara Motorway. Emlak Konut lists 2,106 homes and 56 commercial units on 859,468 sqm of land, with 138,000 sqm of green and recreation areas. The homes are apartments in blocks, plus 141 three-story villas. The project was built in nine stages by several contractors, among them Mesa Mesken, Aydur Insaat and Cevahir Yapi, and Emlak Konut accepted most of the finished stages in 2024.

Apartments run from 1+1 to 5+1, with gross sizes from about 65 sqm for a 1+1 to about 299 sqm for the largest 4+1, and some ground-floor homes have private gardens. The villas come in 3+1, 5+1 and 6+1 plans with their own pools. Shared facilities include an indoor pool, a gym, a hammam and sauna, cafes, playgrounds, walking paths and covered parking, and schools, a mosque and a nursery stand next to the homes. The developer gives the drive to the Uskudar-Cekmekoy metro station as 5 minutes and to Istanbul Airport as 35 minutes.
