Evim Kadikoy

The Evim Kadikoy project is located near the Fikirtepe district of Kadikoy. The project comprises 2500 residential units, accompanied by floors of commercial units and avenue floors reserved for world-famous luxury brands. In other words, Evim Kadikoy by Anka Yapi presents us with residential, commercial and shopping centers all in one project.

The residential part encompasses 2500 units, each of which has its own storage space and is given exclusive social and recreational opportunities within the project. For instance, a fitness center, a library, a cinema hall, Zen gardens, a lounge area, a sauna, a wellness center and spa, a children’s playroom, a spa and indoor and outdoor swimming pools are only some of the features the Evim Kadikoy project offers its residents. Through this project, a new center of living and entertainment, a new generation of residential suite life, is rising in Kadikoy.

The boutique bazaar, the avenue shopping center, caters to clients both from the residential area and from outside. Famous brands along with restaurants and cafés, a pharmacy, a market, a hairdresser, a florist, a patisserie, a travel agency, banks and GSM operator shops will be included in this part of the project.
