Evvel Istanbul

Intaya – EGY Gayrimenkul – Intes Insaat put the Evvel Istanbul project into practice to stimulate the neighborhood custom. It is placed on a 40.000 sqm area and divided into two neighborhoods, which are Koru Kahve and Koru Cesme. The names come from the cafe located in Koru Kahvesi and the fountain located in Koru Cesmesi. Moreover, there are other social facilities like a fitness center, an indoor pool, an indoor sports hall, a playground, an open-air cinema, a picnic site and so on. All around the compound, there are walking, jogging and bicycle routes. Additionally, Evvel Istanbul has different types of trees such as fir, bay, oak, linden, and birch in its green areas. These trees will change colors every season and offer a visual feast.

Evvel Istanbul is located in Basaksehir, which is the new city center of Istanbul. It is close to the 3rd Bridge, Istanbul Airport and the North Marmara Highway. The Basaksehir metro route connects the area to the rest of the city's metro network. Therefore, with its ease of transport, Evvel Istanbul is in the heart of the new city of Istanbul.
