Exen Istanbul

Exen Istanbul, a recent project by Sur Yapi, one of the major real estate companies, is in Istanbul’s Umraniye district. The project contains a residence building of 44 floors and two other horizontally built blocks of 8 and 13 floors. Both high-rise and postmodern architectural cultures are adopted in Exen Istanbul by Sur Yapi.

There are different types of apartment styles available in Exen Istanbul. These apartment types are 1+0, 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1, which vary in square meters and architectural design. Besides these residential units, Exen Istanbul also presents its prospective clients with garden floor and terrace units, for those who desire more contact with nature.
