Avrupa Residence Oryapark

Avrupa Residence Oryapark is a residential project by Artas Insaat in the Inkilap neighborhood of Umraniye, on the Asian side of Istanbul, in the area known as Yamanevler. It is going up at Kucuksu Caddesi No: 60, next to the Oryapark towers, with Oryatas Insaat as the project company. There are two residential towers of 22 and 34 stories with 317 apartments, a small number of offices and shops at street level, and a social facility building between the towers. Handover is planned for 2026.

The homes are 1+1 and 2+1, and every plan has a balcony. The 1+1 apartments measure about 75 to 86 sqm gross, and a few on the first floor of the second block add an open terrace of 13 to 20 sqm. The 2+1 apartments run from about 90 to 116 sqm with the kitchen in the living room, and from about 136 to 151 sqm with a separate kitchen. Most 2+1 plans have two bathrooms. The developer says the higher floors have sea views. Residents have an indoor swimming pool, a landscaped courtyard with water features and a covered car park with direct access to the blocks.
