Forev Tem Istanbul

Forev Tem Istanbul is a residential project by Forev Yapi in the Mevlana neighborhood of Gaziosmanpasa, on the European side of Istanbul. It sits beside the TEM motorway on a plot of 4,500 sqm and has 147 apartments in two blocks, with 7 commercial units at street level. Forev Yapi lists it among its ongoing projects, and handover is planned for December 2027.

The apartments come in 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 layouts, from about 57 sqm gross for a 1+1 to about 151 sqm for the largest 3+1, with balconies and terraces. The gated site has landscaped gardens with walking paths and an ornamental pool, children's playgrounds, a gym, a social facility, 24-hour security and an indoor car park with license plate recognition. Charging points for electric cars, video intercoms, solar panels that power the common areas and rainwater reuse for the gardens are part of the design. The developer gives the drive to the TEM motorway as 1 minute, to the metro as 2 minutes and to the ring road as 7 minutes.
