ViaPort Venezia

ViaPort Venezia is built on an 82.000 sqm land area which consists of five towers, a 4-star hotel, a Venezia Outlet Center and 200 outdoor shopping malls, as well as offices and Venetian Palaces. The project is located in Gaziosmanpasa, which is on the European side of Istanbul. There are 5 towers, which are named Bellini, Puccini, Marco Polo, Palladio and Vivaldi. The tower blocks are 20 or 26-storey buildings which are inspired by Venice-style Italian palaces.

In ViaPort Venezia, the residential units can be chosen from among 1 + 1, 2 + 1, 3 + 1 or 4 + 1 apartments. Gondola rides can be taken through the complex in the water channels, which are 8 meters wide.

Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness and spa centers and playgrounds are examples of the various social facilities. Meeting rooms designed for meetings, training or seminar organizations are offered to office owners. From the indoor parking lots designed for office workers, direct access to the offices is possible.

It is located on the Old Edirne Asphalt road just next to the TEM Highway. ViaPort Venezia is very close to the Habipler – Topkapi Tramline. Thanks to its location, the project promises easy and quick access to the main arteries and this feature shines as a really good advantage for it.

It was expected by the consortium partner companies to reach a 100% premium rate during the construction, and this goal has been realized.
