Glow 3

One of Mom Yapi’s most recent projects, Glow 3 residences in Umraniye’s Yukaridudullu region, appeals to a variety of customers to be its new residents. Glow 3 captures our attention with its neatly organized architectural design and its exterior as well as interior qualities. The project contains 7 blocks and 239 residential units. The tower block consists of 18 floors, whereas the other, horizontally structured ones consist of 7 floors.

The Glow 3 project involves both indoor and outdoor social facilities. Some of the outdoor features include adults’ and children’s swimming pools, a sunbathing terrace, gazebo gardens, viewing platforms, and cycling and walking tracks. Other social facilities are a fitness center, café and restaurants, basketball and tennis courts, a football pitch, a PlayStation and gamers’ room, a children’s playground, billiards, table tennis and an indoor hobby room.

The project is located only a few minutes away from Sile Highway and Uskudar – Alemdag metro station, which ensures easy transportation for both drivers and public transportation users. Also, the Yukaridudullu neighborhood, being near the business centers and workplaces of the Umraniye region, is an advantageous location for working residents to live in.
