Gokdeniz Kartal is completed by Gulsa Insaat & Bay Yapi in Kartal. It consists of 2 blocks of 17 storeys, and there are 204 residential units. Future residents can choose their apartments from among 17 different types of 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 or 4+1 apartments.

Gokdeniz Kartal, facing the sea, is built on a 7.080 sqm land area. There is a 6.000 m2 green area in this project; thanks to this, it promises a natural and green life for its residents. It is designed by Architect Omer Camoglu, and above the 9th floor, the Sea of Marmara and the Prince Islands can be widely seen.
