Greenox Residence is the second vertical forest of the World and it is first and only for the Turkey. It is also has the highest green walls of Europe with its vertical gardens at 56 and 53 meters in height on the side walls. GREENOX Urban Residence is a nominee for the “Leader in Energy and Eco-Friendly Design (LEED)” Gold because of its concept. The need for greenery and oxygen of the people living in the city center is the source of inspiration for the project.
Greenox Residence is built on approximately 20.000 sqm construction area with 170 apartments in one block. Apartment types are 1 + 1 and 2 + 1 and their areas vary between 50 sqm and 98 sqm. In the project, 1.100 sqm area is left just for social facilities. Interior design of the Greenox Residence belongs to I-am Istanbul, which is a famous international design office, and its architecture is prepared by Mental Design Works Architecture Office.
The project is located in the walking distance of Buyukdere Avenue in which the business places, finance and shopping centers are located. Thus, it is located in a very advantageous and a profitable area.
In order to enjoy life more, social facilities such as swimming pool, viewing terrace, fitness, sauna, steam room are included in the project. With its Roof Lounge facility, it is aimed to provide a healthy and social life for its residents, especially for who are in a vicious circle between home and work and neglect oneself.
