Hayat City Mahmutbey

Hayat City Mahmutbey is a residential project by Ozak GYO on Bosna Caddesi in the Goztepe neighborhood of Bagcilar, on the European side of Istanbul. It has 142 apartments in a single tower of ground plus 17 floors and 6 shops, 2 in the tower and 4 in a separate two-story commercial block, on 6,536 sqm of land with about 29,400 sqm of construction. One of the entrances of Mahmutbey station, on the M3 and M7 metro lines, is beside the plot. The developer plans to complete the project and hand it over in October 2026.

Plans are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1, and every apartment has a balcony. In the developer's plans, gross sizes run from about 68 sqm for a 1+1 to about 175 sqm for a 3+1, and the ground-floor garden apartments are larger, up to about 309 sqm with the garden counted in. The site has landscaped gardens with walking paths and a children's playground, open and covered sports areas, a gym, a sauna and space for pilates and yoga, with 24-hour security. The closed car park has 1 space for each 1+1, 2+1 and smaller 3+1 and 2 spaces for each larger 3+1. The developer gives the drive to Istanbul Airport as about 35 minutes.
