Kiptas Kiraz Evler

KIPTAS's effort on the road to urban transformation continues. The project has 250 independent flats as well as a nursery. KIPTAS established the groundwork for its project, Bagcilar Kiraz Evler, with its work at As Fatih Kent Sitesi in Bagcilar, one of the city's most inhabited regions.

The project was developed on the As Fatih Kent site to give around a thousand people living in dangerous structures a safer home. KIPTAS Bagcilar Kiraz Evler is a closed property with four blocks, 250 apartments and one nursery. Landscape components such as a children's playground, a sports area, resting places, and an ornamental pool were installed in the common open area in the middle of the blocks. This location was also connected to a two-story social institution. In addition, each unit has its own parking space, with 201 indoor and 49 outdoor spaces.
