Inlight Yenisehir

Inlight Yenisehir is a residential project by Isikli Mimarlik in the Yayalar neighborhood of Pendik, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It has 640 apartments and 15 commercial units in 4 blocks, labeled A to D, with about 125,000 sqm of construction in total. The developer lists it among its ongoing projects and has not published a delivery date.

The floor plans show 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 3.5+1 apartments. Gross sizes are about 64 to 65 sqm for a 1+1, 96 to 110 sqm for a 2+1, 147 to 148 sqm for a 3+1 and about 168 sqm for a 3.5+1. Block A alone has 93 1+1, 11 2+1 and 101 3+1 apartments. In the developer's renders, the commercial units sit at street level below the homes, and the open ground between the blocks is laid out as gardens with paths, planting and water features.
