Panaroma Altinoluk is a residential project by Altinoluk Sistem Insaat in the Velibaba neighborhood of Pendik, on the Asian side of Istanbul. It has 160 apartments in 2 blocks, A and B, built on a hillside, and the developer lists it among its ongoing projects. A viewing terrace with a cafe on the 10th floor looks out to the sea, with billiards and table tennis on the same floor.

There are 10 1+1, 60 2+1 and 70 3+1 apartments, plus 20 duplexes. In the catalogue floor plans, gross sizes are about 60 sqm for a 1+1, 68 to 104 sqm for a 2+1 and 100 to 114 sqm for a 3+1. The duplex sizes are not given. The site has landscaped gardens with gazebos and a fire pit, mini basketball and football pitches, walking paths, exercise areas, and indoor and outdoor play areas for children. There is 24-hour security with cameras, a generator, a charging station for electric cars and a parking space for every apartment. The developer gives the drive to Sabiha Gokcen Airport as 7 minutes, to the E-5 road as 4 minutes and to the metro as 5 minutes.
