Istmarina

This project is built on the land of “Emlak Konut GYO” by DAP Yapi in Kartal. It shines as a mixed project that consists of a hotel, offices, a residence and apartments with various social facilities. It was awarded the title of “World's Best Building Development” in 2014 – 2015. Moreover, in some of its units, it made money for its investors with a premium rate of 250%.
