Karmall Kule

The Karmall Kule project of Karmal Gayrimenkul is located in the Kartal district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The project incorporates both residential and commercial units and encompasses about 4.500 sqm of land area in total. The mall section of the project includes stores of many different brands. There are 115 residential units available for purchase by prospective owners.

The location of the project is full of advantages due to its close proximity to the section of the E-5 Highway that passes through Kartal, as well as the inner-city roads that carry local minibus lines and IETT bus stops. There is a gas station located right next to the residence, which makes the surrounding region quite valuable.

Some of the opportunities and services that come with Karmall Kule are a 24/7 security watch, CCTV and intercom units, a fitness center, air conditioners and central heating, an underground car park and lobby & reception services. Other structural qualities are a power generator, a water booster, a storage tank and a storage area for the units.

The units were scheduled for delivery in March 2019. From then on, the residential and commercial units (stores and offices) were to be handed over to their owners.
