Kent Etiler

Kent Etiler is the urban renewal of the Karanfilkoy quarter of Etiler, in the Besiktas district on the European side of Istanbul. It is a Kiptas project built by the Mesa-ASL partnership, planned in five sections called Vadi, Koru, Yamac, Cadde and Rezidans. It has 1,220 homes in 46 low-rise blocks, together with 96 offices and 166 commercial units, and its foundations were laid in 2023.

There are 18 apartment types, from 1+1 to 6.5+1 duplex. The plan sets aside 110,000 sqm for landscaping, with walking and running paths, ornamental pools and two parks open to the public. Social facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, gyms, pilates and yoga studios, saunas and steam rooms, cafes and multipurpose halls, and a shopping street runs through the Cadde section.
