Koy Zekeriyakoy

Designed and built by Siyahkalem Insaat, the unique project Koy rises in the Zekeriyakoy region of Istanbul’s European side. The project consists of 1167 units, built upon a vast land area of 467.000 sqm. Koy stands as one of the largest residential projects in Istanbul by its size. The project adopts the idea of a natural way of living combined with the convenience of the modern age. Besides the 420 apartment-style units, there are 68 twin villas, 21 single villas, 74 row houses and 584 duplex units in Siyahkalem Insaat’s Koy. The project was scheduled for delivery by December 2018.

Among the social opportunities and services of the project, there are a fitness center, underground and outdoor parking lots, children’s parks and playgrounds, a café and restaurant, a 24/7 security watch and CCTV camera system, SPA facilities such as a sauna, a storage tank, a power generator, an elevator in the apartment units and a vast green living space that is natural, not artificially installed. The project prioritizes the green areas in its recreational spaces and stands out as one of the unique projects which did not harm the natural landscape during the construction phase. Hence, Koy acquired a LEED Certificate for such behavior.
