The Merkez Zekeriyakoy project is located in the Zekeriyakoy district on the European side of Istanbul. There are 106 residential units offered to clients within the project. The land area reserved for the project is 25.360 sqm, which shows that the shared living area and facilities are widely present within the residential complex. The estimated sqm per unit ranges between 140 and 284. There are both apartment-type and villa-type units ready for residence. 50 of these units are penthouse duplexes, whereas the other 50 are garden duplexes, and 6 of them are triplex villas.

The Merkez Zekeriyakoy project is one of the two largest residential projects in the district. The residential area is located on one of the main arterial roads, which enables fast passage to highways such as the E-5. Ortadogu Grup’s project also incorporates many significant facilities and services that increase the living standards of the residents. These facilities and services include an outdoor swimming pool for children and adults, a sunbathing terrace, a children’s recreation park, a fully equipped fitness center, a cafeteria and restaurant, basketball and tennis courts, a golf pitch, a pond, billiards and a controlled entrance, 24/7 security staff, intercom installations and an underground car park. In addition, the residence has a view of the Belgrad Forest.
