Kriya Time Tuzla

Satya Yapi’s new project, Kriya Time Tuzla, rises in 3 blocks in Istanbul’s newly developing district, Tuzla. There are 188 residential units in this project. The project, which covers an 8.215 sqm land area, uses most of the living space for greenery and recreation. This enables a smaller number of units for more living space and increases the residential quality of the project. The delivery was scheduled to start in June 2018.

The company argues that their project contains 60% green space. The vast use of green space is reflected all over the project. The urban touches of the residential architecture are accompanied by natural elements. Besides this feature, the services and facilities offered in the Kriya Time Tuzla project definitely make this residence stand out among other residential plans available in the region. These features include a sauna, a Turkish bath, a wellness center, a fitness center, an indoor swimming pool, a large parking lot, a kindergarten, a playground for children, a barbecue spot, walking tracks, enriched landscape architecture, gazebos, a garden of fruit trees and an ornamental pond. In addition, security measures taken across the project, such as a 24/7 watch, CCTV and a controlled entrance, really enhance the safety of the residents.
