Kuzey Yakasi

Designed with the concept of horizontal architecture as 10 blocks, Kuzey Yakasi is built by Emlak Konut GYO in Basaksehir. 7 blocks of the project are allocated for commercial units, while 2 blocks are allocated for a hotel and convention center. Furthermore, apart from the 9 blocks designed for commercial usage, 1 block is built for a sports center and an indoor swimming pool.

Built by Emlak Konut GYO, which is an investment company leading the sector with the vision of creating a more habitable environment and living space for the public, the project is based on the idea of a habitat for both social and business life. Apart from its low-rise smart offices and commercial units located in the green areas, the project attracts its residents’ attention with its social facilities, a zoo, a hotel, a sports center, a concert area and a city park.
