Lokum Evler

Located in Tuzla, the residential project Lokum Evler is built through the cooperation of DKY Insaat and Metropolist Yapi. The project consists of 7 blocks, adding up to 722 residential units, and it constitutes a vast residential space in a region like Tuzla. The land area used for the project equals 53.000 sqm. There are three different types of residential units available in the project, which are 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartment options. The area of these units varies between 117 and 157 sqm.

The residential complex addresses many groups of customers, with a wide range of ages. Mostly, families with children would benefit from the residence due to the availability of a larger green living space and more recreational areas than other projects in the region. There are also a children’s swimming pool and recreational play areas for the children’s use. The Lokum Evler project has various other social facilities, including a fitness center, a walking track, an underground parking lot and a controlled entrance to the parking lot and residential area.
