Mega Kent Sitesi

Mega Kent Sitesi is designed with landscape in recreational areas. The infrastructure of vehicle and pedestrian roads, sewerage, drainage systems and garden insulation was also built. They built sports areas, courts, a pool, a playground for children, social activities and a shopping center. There are 604 flats. The flats are 2+1 on the first floor, 3+1 on the normal floors and 5+1 roof duplexes. In total there are 100 shops. For the apartment doors they used steel, with the exterior fitted with a wooden look. For walls they used cardboard, satin paint, anteroom and rooms, water-based paint in the ceilings. For the floor covering in the living room the firm used laminate parquet; for the kitchen it is ceramic on the wet floors, with granite countertops.

There is indoor parking in the compound. An automatic entrance system is used for the entrance of the parking lot. There are fire cabinets in the common areas and parking lots in accordance with the fire regulations throughout the compound. For each block, fire stairs, block entrance to the apartments and color video door system will be installed in front of the compound entrance. There will be two elevators, which will be large-volume and high-speed, with ventilation and an intercom system. A heating and cooling system is used. In the flats there are a natural gas boiler and panel radiators. The electrical structure has been appropriately distributed.
