Meydan Dukkanlari

The Meydan Dukkanlari project is built through the cooperation of Makro and Akyapi Ortak Girisimi. The project consists of 330 commercial units which are used as stores. The project is a section of the Park Mavera project. The shopping complex allows both domestic and international brands to open their own stores within the project. 90 avenue shops, 102 terrace shops, 80 avenue stores and 58 terrace stores are available in the project.

The entire Meydan Dukkanlari project is built on a 53.086 sqm land area. The area per unit of these stores is between 40 and 2113 sqm. The project was completed in December 2017, and the delivery of the units followed.

The location of the Meydan Dukkanlari project and Park Mavera is an advantageous venue for potential store-holders and investors. Since it is located in Basaksehir, the project is not surrounded by many shopping centers, which makes this specific structure an excellent profit maker.
