Meydan Evleri

Meydan Evleri is a residential project that rises in two blocks. The project, located in Umraniye on Istanbul’s Anatolian side, was built by Arter Insaat with completion scheduled for January 2020. The average area per unit of the residential units in this project is between 44 and 170 sqm. There are 116 independent units in the project, which has a 3.500 sqm land area. There will be 4 different options of residence offered to the prospective clients of Meydan Evleri, which are 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, and finally 4+1 units.

Some of the residential features of this project can be listed as children’s and adults’ swimming pools, a fitness center, a children’s playground, a social facility containing a fitness center, a cafeteria and other recreational spaces, an underground car park, a security check with CCTV monitoring and controlled entrance to the residential complex. The structural qualities of the project can be specified as a storage tank and an elevator.
