Mira Kurtkoy

Besyildiz Grup’s project called Mira Kurtkoy consists of apartment units and villas for residence. The project rises in Pendik’s Yenisehir region. Within the residential complex, there are 335 residential units available for future clients’ accommodation, 303 of which are apartment units and 32 villas. The apartment units vary according to their area in sqm and their number of bedrooms, which range between 1+1 and 3+1. All in all, in Mira Kurtkoy, the needs of various groups of residents were taken into consideration while creating the residence options.

The social facilities also show great variety within the project. There are different sports courts, such as for volleyball, tennis and basketball; SPA facilities; day care for families with young children; a multipurpose sports complex and fitness center; a swimming pool; a walking track; a meeting room for business purposes and a café corner available for residents’ use. Also, the architectural quality adopted in the project highly favors the use of green space: there are terrace gardens and greenery in each block as well as expanded green space usage around the recreational areas. Mira Kurtkoy presents a new living standard uniting the urban style and natural touches in one project.
