White House Istanbul

The White House Istanbul project is another residential project owned by Hane Konut. This residence houses 148 residential units and it rises in the Kurtkoy district of the Anatolian side. The area per unit of the residential units ranges from 63 to 170 sqm. These units vary in size and in function, ranging from 1-bedroom types to 3-bedroom types.

The White House Istanbul project incorporates social facilities that impress both buyers and investors. These social amenities come in various types, such as sports, entertainment and children-friendly features. These include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, children’s playgrounds, a Turkish bath and sauna, a cafeteria and restaurant, basketball and volleyball courts, a football pitch and a gazebo.
