Mod Cekmekoy

Mod Cekmekoy is the name of the new project to be designed by Ekcan Grup. Mod Cekmekoy is located in Cekmekoy district in Istanbul Anatolian side. The Mod Cekmekoy project, which will be located in Cekmekoy, the developing region of Istanbul, is designed by Ekcan Group. Mod Çekmekoy project consists of 38 boutique apartments to be positioned on 3.330 sqm land. The apartments located in the project are 2 + 1 and 3 + 1. The 2 + 1 apartments in the project are designed between 104 – 158 sqm, while 3 + 1 apartments vary between 144 – 151 sqm. The project includes a children's park, an ornamental pool, and camellia.

The hosts of Mod Cekmekoy project will be able to benefit from underground parking for their vehicles. They can make direct access from the buildings to these closed parking lots by elevator. The project was scheduled for completion in January 2019.

The project is 5 min from Uskudar – Cekmekoy – Sancaktepe metro station, 20 min away from Sabiha Gokcen Airport. You can also enjoy shopping with Buyaka AVM, Meydan Shopping Mall and IKEA which are 5 min away.
