New Nisantepe

The New Nisantepe project was built by Mintek Yapi in the Cekmekoy Nisantepe district. There are 4 blocks and 153 units on an area of 8.600 sqm. Mintek Yapi, which has made many quality projects, carries all its knowledge and experience to Cekmekoy, now the region of Istanbul whose value is rising fastest. The project is located near the connection roads of the third Bosphorus Bridge, beside the Sile road and the Alemdag forests in the Cekmekoy Nisantepe district, and it is a candidate to be the popular living area of the district. New Nisantepe has a "few floors, wide area" concept and is located in a very easily accessible location with no traffic and no road noise. In the project, 75% of the total area is used as green spaces and the residents will be able to define their own landscape. The area on the garden floor is also offered as an alternative for planting flowers according to the residents’ taste, along with the landscape architecture of New Nisantepe Cekmekoy. Within the project, there is the New Nisantepe New Club, which is equipped with rich social facilities including fitness, a sauna, a lounge and a basketball court. On the top floor of the club, there is a lounge where people will find a kitchen and a relaxing sitting room to spend an efficient and enjoyable time.
