Newista Life Basaksehir

Newista Life has been constructed on a 6.749 sqm total area with a 3.996 sqm green area. Hasoglu Insaat, which dates back to 1986 in the construction field, is the company responsible for the project. Hasoglu Insaat has been the name of comfort, security, quality and aesthetics ever since it was established, with its cooperation with international building companies.

The buildings are checked according to earthquake regulations. It is a fact that Istanbul is in an earthquake zone and Newista Life has been designed in consideration of this fact. Building inspections and site investigations are completed. Newista Life offers a life without questions, with complete security.

With playgrounds, shopping center units, a supermarket, a decorative pool and a café-restaurant, Newista Life feels like a separate, peaceful and comfortable city in the middle of a mega city. Besides having many social activities and comfort features, Newista Life also offers a very suitable location in Istanbul. It can easily be seen that the area will develop even more over the years, which means having a unit here will be even more valuable in the near future.
