Nidapark Denizati

This project was cancelled and was not built.

Nidapark Denizati was announced by Tahincioglu Gayrimenkul for the Zeytinburnu district on the European side of Istanbul, as the renewal of an existing housing estate and one of the largest residential complexes in the area. The construction area of the project was declared as 340.000 sqm, and the delivery of the units had been planned for December 2020. The project did not go ahead: the existing buildings on the site were not demolished, and as of 2026 they are still standing.

The project demonstrations showed extended living areas and social facilities: a walking track, recreational ponds, a view of the sea from the terrace area, an indoor parking lot and 24/7 security personnel. The units were to be provided with central heating and heat cost allocation, and with elevators.

Apart from its residential aspect, the project was also to include a few commercial units designed as stores.
