Nidapark Yenisahra

Tahincioglu Gayrimenkul’s Nidapark Yenisahra project is based Yenisahra region of Atasehir, Anatolian side of Istanbul. The project incorporates 6 high rise and 5 regular type blocks that is built upon 49.000 sqm land area. A significant portion of the complex is reserved for offices, shopping center and also social facilities which include outdoor swimming pool and children’s swimming pool, children’s recreational park and playgrounds, underground parking lot, sports courts, walking tracks, terrace gardens, sunbathing terraces, landscape architecture, fitness center and SPA units containing Turkish bath and sauna. The construction of the project has started in 2017 and the delivery date is estimated around December 2021.

Being Tahincioglu Insaat’s one of the most recent projects, Nidapark Yenisahra’s location is also advantageous besides its structural and social features.
