One Block Umraniye

Megasan Ortakligi developed the One Block Umraniye project at the center of Umraniye, one of the most populated districts of the Anatolian side. Situated on Poligon Avenue, the single-block residential/commercial structure One Block rises. The project includes 86 home offices and it is built upon a 1.500 sqm land area. The units were scheduled for delivery in August 2018.

There are three types of residential units in this project, which are 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 options. The area of these units ranges between 49 and 131 sqm in total. The project offers increased security and safety measures, eliminates the problem of parking with an underground car park and has an elevator and central heating as structural features. The residential units with terraces are few in number, but commercial units with areas of 120 to 800 sqm are available in One Block Umraniye.

The location of the project is also advantageous for those working in the district, somewhere else on the Anatolian side and even for those on the European side. It is right next to Cakmak station on the M5 line, and the E80 passes nearby.
