Onur Ciftlik Evleri

Onur Ciftlik Evleri is implemented by Onur Yapi with 64 units in 2 blocks on 4.000 sqm of land in Cekmekoy. Green areas cover 75% of the facility. The apartment types are 3, 5 and 6-bedroom apartments. The 5 and 6-bedroom apartments have two living rooms; the 5-bedroom apartments are available as terrace duplexes and the 6-bedroom apartments are available as ground-floor duplexes. It is secured with 24-hour security, a secure entrance and security cameras, and all the apartments have steel doors. Both blocks have elevators, natural gas boilers and generators, and the apartments have laminate flooring and first-class tiles. The residence also has an open-air parking lot.

Residents can enjoy social facilities like a fitness hall, a volleyball court and a basketball court, a children's playground, a hiking trail and an open-air swimming pool. Since Istanbul is a big city which is growing rapidly, being very close to the areas which are the heart of Istanbul on both the Anatolian and European sides, like Kozyatagi, Altunizade and Levent, makes Onur Ciftlik Evleri highly preferable.
