Park Mavera

Designed as the biggest large-scale city plan in Turkey, Park Mavera is located in Basaksehir. The project is built through the cooperation of Makro Insaat with Akyapi on a 53.086 sqm area. The entire project is designed as 8 blocks including 670 residential and 338 commercial units. Built as 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1 units with areas of 93 – 161 sqm, Park Mavera addresses different kinds of residents who live alone or with their family. Thanks to its city square, which has an area of 60.000 sqm, the project offers to create a new life on the construction site. Moreover, the buildings in the project are built according to the earthquake and insulation regulations apart from the building control.
