Pergamon Koskleri

Pergamon Koskleri, a cooperation of Halilibrahim Abdik Insaat and Arena Insaat AS, rises in the Ispartakule region of Istanbul’s European side. The vast project consists of 160 residential units, 160 commercial units and 100 stores which constitute the Pergamon AVM. There are mainly 7 blocks in the project. The residential part has sections such as Ares Garden Kosk, Athena Terrace Kosk, Zeus Kosk and Hera Kosk, which have different types of residences in them. The project refers to Ancient Greek mythology and the name of the project is a tribute to the famous Greek colonization in Bergama.

The social facilities and services presented in the project are high in variety and exclusive to the residents. For instance, there are opportunities such as a fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with sunbathing areas, outdoor and underground parking lots, a children’s playground and recreational spaces, a large green living area, sports courts for tennis, football and basketball, and walking tracks incorporated into the greenery. The structural appearance of the project resembles Ancient Greek architecture and displays pure whiteness in its exterior design. The marble-like look of the building’s exterior contributes to the overall aesthetics of the project. Hence, the project stands out as a huge complex of offices, residences and a shopping center, along with its services and facilities and its extraordinary aesthetic vision.
