Portre Pendik

The Portre Pendik project of Akbulut Insaat is based in Istanbul’s Pendik district. The Dogu neighborhood, which also contains many high schools, a commercial exchange market and other centers of livelihood, hosts the project by Akbulut Insaat.

The project, built for residential purposes, has 2 blocks of residences that add up to 92 units in total. The entire project is built upon a 3.000 sqm land area. There are 3 different types of residential units in the project, specified as 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 options. The area of these units varies between 148 and 258 sqm per unit. The project was completed in July 2017.

Some of the residential features available in the project are security guards, CCTV monitoring, controlled entrance, an outdoor swimming pool and sunbathing terrace, an underground parking lot, an elevator, central heating and heat cost allocators. The project also overlooks the lake, the Marmara Sea and the islands. These incredible views can be seen from various parts of the structure and all of the units have a unique view from the balconies. The landscape architecture of the project includes an extended green living space that connects with the walking track and shared facilities of Portre Pendik.
