Prava Kartal

Prava Kartal is a residential project that rises in two blocks in the Kartal district on the Anatolian side of Istanbul. The project encompasses a land area of about 7.210 sqm and offers 186 residential units that are spread over these two blocks. Each block is designed with 26 floors and the project offers three types of apartment units, with 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom options.

Besides the residential units, Prava Kartal also offers commercial units in the form of stores, and these are located only on the lower floors of the project. Hence, the floor-level units constitute a mini shopping avenue. These units were scheduled for delivery in August 2019.

The outdoor swimming pool for children and adults, the fitness center that is furnished with the latest equipment, the children’s playground and green living space, the underground car park and the view of the island and the Marmara Sea are some of the residential qualities that increase the estate value of Prava Kartal. Apart from these, the structure includes qualities such as an elevator, a power generator, built-in white goods and heat cost allocators within the units, central heating and balcony options, which make the lives of the residents more convenient and fit for urban living standards.
