Propa Vista

The project Propa Vista is owned by Propa Insaat and it is based in Kartal. The project Propa Vista consists of a single-block structure which holds 246 residential units as well as 13 commercial units designed as stores. The project offers two different types of residential units, with 2 and 3 bedrooms, and they also vary according to the sqm area per unit. The entire project is built upon an 8.000 sqm land area. The estimated delivery date of the units was December 2018.

Propa Insaat’s project also has residential features such as a 24/7 security guard and controlled entrance, an underground parking lot, a view of the Marmara Sea and the islands, an elevator, and an en suite bathroom within the units. The CEO of Propa Insaat says that they intended to design a residential project that goes beyond the four walls; they will be renting out the 2+1 units for a limited period of time to prospective residents who would like to get away from the city: this is called the guest house.

The location of the project presents further advantages for the residents of Propa Vista. These are close proximity to the metro station in Kartal and easy passage to the E-5 and E-80 through the D100 Highway.
